Shipping policy

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign the courier will attempt another delivery, after 2 attempts and no signature, your order will be returned to PGGW. If this occurs, you will be responsible for shipping charges again if you would like your order reshipped.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3-7 business days, but can take longer depending on volume.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays 

If your order is found to be damaged or missing items when received report any losses or damages to Customer Service within 3 days at:

PLEASE ADVISE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF ANY DISCREPANCY.

 If your order is lost, stolen, or showing delivered and has not been delivered to you. Please contact the delivering courier with your tracking information for further assistance.
