WE PLAY A WIDE VARIETY OF MUSIC SELECTIONS INSIDE OUR CENTER. PLEASE BE ADVISED SOME MUSIC SELECTIONS CONTAIN EXPLICIT LYRICS

THERE IS A NO CHILDREN POLICY INSIDE THE WAX CENTER!
WAX SUITE
ONLY THE CLIENT BEING SERVICED IS ALLOWED IN THE WAX SUITE. *EXCEPTION* A PARENT IS ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY THEIR CHILD

PLEASE BE SURE TO OPT IN TO TEXT/EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS. YOUR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS/REMINDERS WILL BE SENT THIS WAY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU OPTING OUT OR HAVING THE INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER/EMAIL ON FILE. A CONFIRMATION TEXT WILL BE SENT TO THE NUMBER YOU HAVE ON FILE 3-2 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24HRS, IT IS SUBJECT TO BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED, TO AVOID UNWANTED CHARGES.
APPOINTMENTS
ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. YOU MAY WALK IN AND BE SERVICED WITHOUT HAVING A CARD ON FILE. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR CARD AT ALL WHEN YOU SCHEDULE AN APPT. YOUR CARD IS ON FILE TO HOLD YOUR APPOINTMENT SLOT. IF YOU NO SHOW OR CANCEL LATE YOU WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDING TO OUR NO SHOW POLICY. YOU CAN SCHEDULE AN APPT BY ACCESSING THE ONLINE BOOKING SITE OR CALL THE WAX CENTER AT 901-590-2033. IF AFTER HOURS PLEASE LEAVE A DETAILED MESSAGE AND A CALL BACK NUMBER. PLEASE DO NOT SEND EMAILS REGARDING APPOINTMENTS AS THIS IS NOT OUR COMPANY PROTOCOL.
NO SHOW POLICY
ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24HRS OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME. AFTER 24 HOURS A 50% CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE FEE WILL BE CHARGED.
ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT SERVICE FEE. NO SHOW FEE'S MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
GRACE PERIOD
ALL CLIENTS ARE GRANTED A 9 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. AFTER 9 MINUTES, YOU WILL BE MARKED AS A NO SHOW AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
RETOUCHES
CLIENTS ARE GRANTED A 5 DAY RETOUCH PERIOD. IF WE FAIL TO COMPLETELY REMOVE ALL YOUR HAIR, YOU HAVE 5 DAYS FROM YOUR ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT TO COME IN AND GET A RETOUCH WITHOUT CHARGE. AFTER 5 DAYS THAT OFFER IS VOID.
REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS ON SERVICES 
REFUNDS ON PRODUCTS ARE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF MGMT. IN MOST CASES REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED ON ITEMS NOT OPENED, NOT USED, AND IN IT'S ORIGINAL FORM. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE.
