PLEASE NOTE! THERE IS A NO CHILDREN POLICY INSIDE THE WAX CENTER! ONLY THE CLIENT BEING SERVICED IS ALLOWED IN THE WAX SUITE. *EXCEPTION* A PARENT IS ALLOWED TO ACCOMPANY THEIR CHILD PLEASE BE SURE TO OPT IN TO TEXT/EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS. YOUR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS/REMINDERS WILL BE SENT THIS WAY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU OPTING OUT OR HAVING THE INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER/EMAIL ON FILE. A CONFIRMATION TEXT WILL BE SENT TO THE NUMBER YOU HAVE ON FILE 3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 48HRS, IT IS SUBJECT TO BE AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED. ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A VALID CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE. TO BOOK, CANCEL, OR RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT PLEASE ACCESS THE ONLINE BOOKING SITE OR CALL THE WAX CENTER AT 901-590-2033. IF AFTER HOURS PLEASE LEAVE A DETAILED MESSAGE AND A CALL BACK NUMBER. PLEASE DO NOT SEND EMAILS REGARDING APPOINTMENTS AS THIS IS NOT OUR COMPANY PROTOCOL. ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE CANCELLED OR RESCHEDULED WITHIN 24HRS OF THE APPOINTMENT TIME. AFTER 24 HOURS A 50% CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE FEE WILL BE CHARGED. ALL NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT SERVICE FEE. NO SHOW FEE'S MUST BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE BOOKING ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. ALL CLIENTS ARE GRANTED A 9 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. AFTER 9 MINUTES, YOU WILL BE MARKED AS A NO SHOW AND CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
